AHU filter washing booths are typically used in HVAC systems to clean and maintain air filters. Our machines are effectively designed to Clean & Dry Pre filters effectively. The filters are loaded in Wash booth and de-dusted by compressed air & High pressure blower. Followed by High pressure 3D Spray wash with Drying by Regenerative blower & Heater arrangement. The Filter booth are connected by wet scrubber arrangement for effective dust collection.

The filters are loaded in Wash booth and de-dusted by compressed air & High pressure blower. Followed by High pressure 3D Spray wash with Drying by Regenerative blower & Heater arrangement The machine performs pressure washing using a special nozzle arrangement, followed by a drying cycle. After the process is complete, the HVAC filter cleaning booth door opens, and the clean and completely dry filter can be unloaded.
